The way you start your morning can set the stage for the rest of the day. Everyone’s a little different, so you have to find your own groove. However, anything that promotes positivity and a clear mind is key.
Lately my own routine has been consisting of:
-Waking up early
-Making and eating breakfast while listening to comedy or music
-Taking quite time to drink a hot beverage and reflect on my thoughts
-Writing out my goals for the day
This Turmeric latte has also been my go to morning boost. A dose of sunshine. It’s rich in anti inflammatory properties from turmeric and healthy fats to keep blood sugar levels stable. I always feel refreshed and energized after drinking it.
Turmeric Coconut Latte
- 1 Cup Organic Black Coffee
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Milk
- 1 tbsp Cacao Butter
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Maple Syrup
- 1/2 tsp Maca Powder (Optional)
- 1 tbsp Collagen Powder (Optional)
- Blend all ingredients in your blender.
- Pour it into your cup and enjoy. Ta-da!
