The way you start your morning can set the stage for the rest of the day. Everyone’s a little different, so you have to find your own groove. However, anything that promotes positivity and a clear mind is key.

Lately my own routine has been consisting of:

-Waking up early

-Making and eating breakfast while listening to comedy or music

-Taking quite time to drink a hot beverage and reflect on my thoughts

-Writing out my goals for the day

-Stretching

This Turmeric latte has also been my go to morning boost. A dose of sunshine. It’s rich in anti inflammatory properties from turmeric and healthy fats to keep blood sugar levels stable. I always feel refreshed and energized after drinking it.

Turmeric Coconut Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Organic Black Coffee
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 tbsp Cacao Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Maca Powder (Optional)
  • 1 tbsp Collagen Powder (Optional)

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in your blender. 
  • Pour it into your cup and enjoy. Ta-da!
