In this 13 week outdoor training program, you will learn to move your body better though mobility drills, strength and agility training, balance practice, and play. We will train using our natural environment and minimal equipment. What you learn in this program will empower you to be creative in your training outside of a typical gym setting. Bring your friends, partners, and kids! This program is open to individuals of all ages (under 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian). Rain or shine!
$110+HST for 13 sessions
