  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup water
  • salt & pepper


  • Mix everything into a high speed blender or food processor.
  • Blend and add water slowly, as needed to get the consistency you want.
