- 1 can chickpeas
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup water
- salt & pepper
- Mix everything into a high speed blender or food processor.
- Blend and add water slowly, as needed to get the consistency you want.
