I came to Holistically Nuts through a referral in hopes to clear my acne and gain energy through a better diet. I don't live in Ottawa, but Victoria was sweet enough to schedule Skype calls with me and document my diet/progress through multiple Google Docs. Not only did she make the process enjoyable and simple to follow, but the process made me realize how big of an impact a bad diet can have on your skin, mood and energy levels! With Victoria's help I was able to clear my skin through healthy eating and eliminate foods that my body did not agree with. She gave me tons of great recipes to make at home and is always there to answer a question through email or text! All in all, the Holistally Nuts girls are wonderful and extremely helpful and I am grateful to have them in my phone book!

I recently had the Thai massage from Emily and it was amazing! Very relaxing and a good stretch, for sure. Emily was also very attentive to my comfort and what I needed (i.e. always checking to make sure I was alright, ensuring the temperature of the room was ideal for me, etc.). Highly recommend!!

I've had gut issues for years now and have seen many specialists, doctors, and naturopaths for help. Victoria has HANDS DOWN been the most helpful when it comes to nutrition. She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in everything she does. When I had a minor injury Emily was able to help me with what to do and everything these two suggest always ends up being exactly what I need.
What I really like about Victoria and Emily is they fully understand that everyone's body is different and they don't approach your health or situation with a "one size fits all" solution. These two make an amazing team and I can't recommend them enough!
