Victoria and Emily are Holistic Health Coaches that help clients build sustainable lifestyle habits and regain confidence. Our coaching is centred around five pillars of health: Nutrition, movement, sleep, community and mental wellness.
Victoria is a Registered Nutritionist. Her interest in holistic wellness began with her own health journey. Being diagnosed with cancer at 19 years old, she felt motivated to learn about how to better care for her body.
Victoria ended up applying to and graduating from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. Nutrition played an important role in her ability to tolerate treatment and recover from post treatment side effects such as digestive issues, hormonal imbalances and anxiety. She also began reevaluating her lifestyle from all aspects. This taught her how multifaceted and individualized health really is. That sleep, movement, nutrition, community and mental wellness are of equal importance. She continues to recognize that this looks different to everyone and changes with life circumstances too.
Victoria now feels passionate about coaching clients how to use nutrition as a power tool and build healthier lifestyle habits. Her approach to working with clients is personalized, non judgmental and focused on achieving sustainable lifestyle changes.
Emily is a Registered Nurse and a Certified Personal Trainer. Her interest in holistic wellness began when she was in nursing school. She trained clients and coached them from her home while completing her degree. After starting her position at a high acuity hospital, she soon came to recognize how reactive our healthcare system was, which motivated her to direct her nursing care to more preventative approaches.
Emily is a Certified Level 2 Personal Trainer with the Sports Performance Institute. Emily takes a functional and non-judgmental approach to training her clients, focusing on movement, pain reduction, balance, coordination, and strength development. Training is adapted to individual client goals and abilities with an emphasis on developing plans that enable clients to function more optimally throughout their day-to-day lives.
Emily is certified with The Foot Collective, which is a global community aimed to help humans reclaim strong, functional and pain-free bodies starting from their feet. She is a Level 1 Animal Flow instructor and has taken many continuing education courses on breath work, cold therapy, and functional movement.
